Riwomu Sozeme is operated by its principals at 119 E Court St, Cincinnati, OH. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or enroll in our courses.

Website

Course

An online calligraphy learning program offered by Riwomu Sozeme, consisting of video lessons, a printed workbook, and a feedback process.

Student

An individual who has enrolled in a Course and been granted access to the associated learning materials.

Content

All text, video, images, workbook materials, practice sheets, feedback, and other materials made available through the Website or Courses.

Submission

Any photograph or other file uploaded by a Student to the student dashboard for the purpose of receiving written feedback.

A. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

This Website and our Courses are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Website or enrolling in a Course, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

B. Course Access and Workbook Delivery

Upon enrollment in a Course, you will be granted access to the associated video lesson library. This access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. The printed workbook associated with your Course will be mailed to the US address you provide during enrollment. Riwomu Sozeme is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect address information, postal service issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Workbooks are physical goods and are not returnable once shipped. Video lesson access is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your student account.

C. Intellectual Property

All Content made available through the Website and Courses is owned by or licensed to Riwomu Sozeme and is protected by United States copyright law. You may access and use Content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

D. Practice Submissions and Feedback

By uploading a Submission through your student dashboard, you grant Riwomu Sozeme a limited, non-exclusive license to view and evaluate the Submission for the sole purpose of providing written feedback to you. We will not publish, distribute, or use your Submissions for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Written feedback provided by Riwomu Sozeme is educational in nature and reflects observations about your practice work. Feedback is not a professional certification or formal assessment of artistic competence.

E. Prohibited Conduct

When using this Website and our Courses, you agree not to:
